Abstract

ইতিহাসের প্রারম্ভ থেকে ছুটে চলা মানুষ, এমনকি ইন্দোনেশিয়ার বেনগাও নদীর তীরে গাছ থেকে নেমে আসার সময়ও তাদের পূর্বসূরিরা ছুটে চলেছে, তাহলে যাযাবর জীবন থেকে তারা সরে আসতে চাইছে কেন? মানবজাতি এখন দুটো বয়ঃসন্ধিকালের মুখোমুখি। একটির সঙ্গে আগে থেকেই আমরা পরিচিত, যাকে কৈশোরের বয়ঃসন্ধিকাল বা বায়োলজিক্যাল অ্যাডলোসেন্স : কৈশোরে মানুষ শারীরিকভাবে নতুন এমন কিছু অনুভব করে, তখন সেই কিশোরটি সঠিক নির্দেশনা বা পরিপক্বতা ছাড়া মারাত্মক ভুল করে ফেলার সম্ভাবনা থাকে। আরেকটি হচ্ছে : প্রাযুক্তিক বয়ঃসন্ধিকাল বা টেকনোলজিক্যাল অ্যাডলোসেন্স; একটা সমাজ, রাষ্ট্র, সভ্যতা সংস্কৃতি প্রস্তুত হওয়ার আগেই স্মার্ট ডিভাইস বা অতি প্রাযুক্তিক সুবিধাগুলো মানুষের হাতে চলে গেলে তা আমাদের কল্পনার চেয়েও মারাত্মক বিপদ নিয়ে হাজির হতে পারে; এই সতর্কবাদে, গত শতাব্দী জুড়ে বহু চিন্তাবিদ আহাজারি করে বেড়িয়েছেন। শুধুই লাভক্ষতি, শুধুই কে-কার থেকে লাভে এগিয়ে থাকার জন্য এই ভারসাম্যহীন প্রাযুক্তিক সভ্যতার উদ্ভব ঘটেছে আর যারা এর উদ্্গাতা তারা ভয়ানকভাবে পুঁজি কেন্দ্রিভূত করছে। একেই বলা হচ্ছে প্রাযুক্তিক আত্মধ্বংস। কৃষি উদ্ভাবনে যে নিশ্চয়তা তৈরি হয়েছে তা মানুষকে কানা গলিতে ফেলে দেয়নি তো? এমনকি সাংস্কৃতিক বিবর্তনের যাত্রাপথে নিকটতম প্রজাতিগুলোর সঙ্গে প্রত্যক্ষ- অপ্রত্যক্ষভাবে বোঝাপড়ার অভাবে, শ্রেষ্ঠত্বের লোভে একে অপরকে ধ্বংস করেছি তা এখন নিজেদের মধ্যে বিস্তার ঘটাচ্ছি নাতো? ফলে নতুন এই বিপদ (প্রাযুক্তিক বয়ঃসন্ধিকাল) পরস্পরকে যেভাবে মারাত্মকভাবে বাড়িয়ে তুলছে তা আমরা মোকাবেলা করতে পারব তো? বিকেন্দ্রীকরণ ছিল এর একটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সমাধান যা সৌরশক্তি বা নবায়নযোগ্য জ্বালানির মাধ্যমে সম্ভব ছিল, তারমধ্যে হঠাৎ করেই চতুর্থ শিল্পবিপ্লব বা আর্টিফিশিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্স-এর আগমন বিষয়টাকে জটিল ও ভঙ্গুর করে তুলেছে। সুযোগটি একদম চলে না গেলেও দেরি হয়ে গেছে। সে জায়গা থেকে এই বিশ্লেষণটি তৈরি করা।

Didn't the certainty created by the invention of agriculture (16,000 years ago) lead humans into a dead end or blind alley? Even with the closest species on the path of cultural evolution, through lack of direct and indirect understanding, we have destroyed ourselves in our greed for dominance, and are now spreading it among ourselves. So could we deal with the way this new threat (technological age) is seriously increasing one another? Decentralization was an important solution made possible by solar power or renewable energy, but suddenly the fourth industrial revolution or the arrival of artificial intelligence made the matter complicated and fragile. The opportunity is not gone, but it is too late. From this perspective, the analysis has been given.
